We use PayPal for all our transactions. PayPal is a safe and secure payment method that accepts all major credit cards. Transactions are typically processed within 24 hours of order placement. We do not accept checks or money orders. Merchandise cannot be held without payment. Prices and available inventory are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
All our goods are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post.
All USPS shipments, both domestic and international, are fully insured. Tracking can be provided,upon request.
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at slim@slimshelving.com. Full refunds for most items (less shipping fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned postage prepaid in its original condition within 7 days; otherwise a re-stocking fee will be charged. You may cancel an order for items that have not shipped; however, once items are shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Instead, you may return the item to our warehouse for a refund (less shipping fees).
Our goal is to be in-stock for the items that we carry. However, while we strive to have our products in-stock at all times, this is not always possible. Please contact our sales team to verify availability. When in stock, orders will be shipped between 5-7 business days.
